Terms of Service

By creating an account, making a booking or using any Infivit coworking space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform or our spaces.

Infivit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All bookings are subject to seat availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment verification through our payment partner (Razorpay).

Prices displayed include applicable GST (18%). The total amount is computed server-side and cannot be altered by the client. Infivit reserves the right to change pricing at any time; existing confirmed bookings are honoured at the price paid.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Access is authenticated via one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered email.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must not share your OTP or allow others to use your account. Infivit is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

Your booking entitles you to use the reserved seat(s) during the booked period only. Common areas, amenities and shared facilities are available to all active members.

You agree to use the space responsibly, maintain cleanliness, keep noise levels considerate, and comply with any posted house rules or staff instructions.

Infivit reserves the right to revoke access to any member who disrupts the working environment, damages property, or violates these Terms without refund.

We collect only the information necessary to operate the booking platform: your name, email, phone number (optional) and payment records. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay. Infivit does not store your card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking credentials.

Booking records, check-in logs and payment history are retained for accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance purposes.

Infivit provides the coworking space and booking platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infivit's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our spaces shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking in question.

Infivit is not liable for loss of data, personal belongings, equipment, or any indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where the Infivit coworking space is located.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us at infivitcoworking@gmail.com.
